I now come to your firm, tailor that kind of environment to legal use, and train your attorneys and paralegals. If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it. Firms do not have to buy Viro. I can also train on public AI tools.

A conversation. If it is a fit, setup is $1,000 plus 3 hours of training at the firm. Zoom is available for out-of-state and international firms. I do not travel for that work, and I do not give legal advice outside where I am licensed.

Public tools are the wrong place for client files.
Firms want to use AI on real matters: drafts, correspondence, discovery, research memos. Public consumer tools make that easy to try and hard to justify.
Once a confidential document leaves the office for a public system, the firm no longer controls where that text sits, who can see it, or how it may be used. That is not a theoretical concern. It is a practical one for any New Jersey lawyer who handles client files.
The question is not whether AI is useful. It is where the work happens.
If the files cannot go into a public tool, the firm still needs a place to do the work.

A private environment for generation and analysis.
I set up a contained environment: a place where attorneys and paralegals can use AI to draft, revise, and analyze documents without putting those files into public consumer tools. If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it.
I do not sell software. I do not install a chatbot on your website. I come to the firm, build a working setup around the machines and practices you already have, and leave you able to use it.
I will not overstate what the system does. A private environment reduces the habit of pasting client text into tools the firm does not control. It is not a claim of encryption, air-gapping, or a compliance certification I do not hold. The right setup depends on the office.
Consulting starts at $1,000 for setup and 3 hours of training at the firm. Law-firm hourly AI training is $400/hour. Private AI tutoring, one person, is $200/hour. Consulting is tailoring the environment to legal use and training the firm. The Viro product is built by Viro. The subscription is separate. Viro is optional and priced on Viro. The question is still where the work happens.

A conversation
We start with a call or a meeting. I want to understand how the firm works, who will use the system, and what kinds of documents you handle. No pitch deck. A practical discussion.

On-site setup
I come to the firm and tailor a private environment there. The point of being on-site is to set it up on the machines and practices your people already use, not to hand you a remote checklist.

Training for attorneys and paralegals
Training is for the people who actually touch the files: attorneys and paralegals. Both groups need to know what belongs in the private environment, what does not, and how to work with AI output without treating it as finished work.

Follow-up, at least twice a year
We meet at least twice a year, and more often when the tools shift. The aim is that the firm does not freeze on last year’s methods while the tools keep moving.
04 / Who it is for
NJ plaintiff PI and wrongful-death firms.
Solos through mid-size. Attorneys and the staff who move the files. I practice from Freehold / Monmouth County. The practice is New Jersey-based; my license is. The system itself is not New Jersey-exclusive, and Zoom training or setup is available for firms outside travel range.
Insurance defense and other practices are custom work. Write for a specialized package. Training still reaches both the lawyers and the people who handle documents first. Training that reaches only the lawyers leaves a gap where the files actually move.

I built this for my own files first.
I’m Bonnie B. Henderson, Esq., a lawyer in Freehold, New Jersey. I am admitted in New Jersey and North Carolina. Bonnie Law Consulting is a New Jersey practice.
I set up a private environment for confidential-document AI in my own work. The point was practical: I needed generation and analysis on files I could not send into public tools. Once that was in place, it became clear that other firms would rather have someone come on-site and do the same than piece it together from a distance.
That is the work. If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it. I come to the office, tailor the environment, train the attorneys and paralegals who will use it, and return on a standing cadence as the tools develop.
I am a single mom in New Jersey with a homestead. I care about the environment, and about AI. I combine environmentally friendlier AI usage from Viro with on-site consulting for law firms.
