I am a New Jersey lawyer based in Freehold / Monmouth County. I built this environment for my own confidential files. I work on-site within about 90 minutes of Monmouth County.

Primary offer: $1,000 for setup and 3 hours of training at the firm. Law-firm hourly AI training is $400/hour. Private AI tutoring, one person, is $200/hour. These prices are for firms of five attorneys or fewer. For larger firms, prices change as needed and are quoted. Longer work is quoted.

If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it. Consulting is tailoring the environment to legal use and training the firm. The Viro product is built by Viro. The subscription is separate. You do not have to buy Viro. Viro is what I train on. I can also train on public AI tools; those will not be as confidential. The subscription starts at $2,000 a month. It increases with attorney count and whether an individualized app is needed.
Zoom / remote
For firms outside travel range — out of state or international — AI training and/or system setup via Zoom is available and quoted in conversation. I do not travel out of state or internationally for that work. I cannot provide legal guidance or legal theory where I am not admitted. The system itself is not New Jersey-exclusive; my license is. On-site remains the default for nearby New Jersey work.

Lawyers work in the environment on sample files. They leave knowing what belongs in it, what stays out of public tools, and how to treat output as draft work. Judgment stays with the lawyer.

For PI firms this orbits medical-records chronology: records, indexing, a timeline, inconsistency flags, and lawyer review. It is not generic file management. Paralegals and intake staff often touch the file first. RPC 5.3 is why they sit in the room.

How this started
I built this for my own confidential files first.
Public tools were useful until a client file needed to go in. Retention toggles on a consumer account were not a system I could stand behind for confidential work. I stood up a private environment on the machines I already used, with folders by matter type, saved prompts, and a rule that the file does not leave the office for a public tool. That is the setup I now bring on-site.

Do we have to buy Viro?
No. Firms do not have to buy Viro. If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it. I can also train on public AI tools; those will not be as confidential as Viro. Consulting is tailoring the environment to legal use and training the firm. The Viro product is built by Viro. If we buy Viro, do you create the system?
If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it.
What is the usual first step?
A conversation. If it is a fit, setup is $1,000 plus 3 hours of training at the firm. Zoom is available for out-of-state and international firms. I do not travel for that work, and I do not give legal advice outside where I am licensed. Longer work is quoted.
Can you set this up on Claude Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, or a legal vendor we already pay for?
Yes. Tool choice depends on the office. I do not promise a particular vendor stack. I can train on public AI tools as well as Viro.
What do we need to prepare before you arrive?
Three redacted sample files, the current engagement letter, a list of tools already in use, and who will sit in the labs.
Will you work on live client files?
I prefer redacted samples. If the firm later uses the environment on live files, that is the firm’s work. Judgment stays with the lawyer.
How do you handle redaction and sample-file selection?
Redaction is the firm’s work. I can help choose which files will actually test the workflow. We do not use live, unredacted client files as training material.
Is there a remote or Zoom option?
On-site remains the default for nearby New Jersey work. For out-of-state or international firms, AI training and/or system setup via Zoom is available and quoted in conversation — the same spirit as other custom work. I do not travel out of state or internationally for that work. I cannot provide legal guidance or legal theory for states or countries where I am not an attorney.
Does the system only work in New Jersey?
No. The system itself is not New Jersey-exclusive; my license is. I am admitted in New Jersey and North Carolina, and this consulting practice is New Jersey-based. I do not give legal advice for jurisdictions where I am not admitted.
What is included in travel from Freehold / Monmouth County?
On-site work within about 90 minutes of Freehold / Monmouth County is treated as included. The radius, and anything beyond it, are on the Platform page.
Is this a representation?
No. This engagement is consulting for the firm. It is not legal representation of the firm’s clients.
What happens if someone at the firm already pasted files into ChatGPT?

Can associates attend, and is there a cap?
Associates may attend. The base price covers up to eight people. Additional attendees are quoted. Full attendee mechanics are on the Platform page.
