I am a New Jersey lawyer. I come on-site, tailor a private environment to the firm’s matters, train the people who will use it, and leave written guardrails for competence and confidentiality. If a firm purchases Viro, I do not create the system. Viro does. I tailor it to legal use and train the law firm on how to use it.
This is attorney-led work, not a generic workshop: privilege, RPC 1.1 competence, ABA Formal Opinion 512, and the personal-injury workflow. It is not a software subscription. The firm leaves with a working private environment, people trained on its files, and a policy starter it can actually use.
Consulting is tailoring the environment to legal use and training the firm. The Viro product is built by Viro. The subscription is separate. The Viro subscription is on the Viro page.
Judgment stays with the lawyer. I do not claim that bots replace attorney review, or that this work will prevent malpractice.

This page is consulting SKUs. Primary offer: $1,000 for setup and 3 hours of training at the firm. Law-firm hourly AI training is $400/hour. Private AI tutoring, one person, is $200/hour. Solo practices, nonprofits, founding firms, and diverse hiring
Solo practices (one attorney) receive 50% off the $1,000 setup. Setup is $500. Staff and paralegals do not disqualify a solo. Setup discounts do not apply to hourly training, monthly retainers, or the Viro subscription.
Qualifying nonprofits (501(c)(3) or equivalent) receive 60% off the $1,000 setup as an introductory rate while the practice is starting up, available through at least October 2026. Setup is $400. Hourly rates are as published. This does not apply to the Viro subscription.
The first five firms receive 50% off the $1,000 setup as a founding-client rate. Setup is $500. Hourly rates are as published. This does not apply to the Viro subscription.
Firms that hire and retain a diverse team (attorneys and staff) receive 10% off the $1,000 setup, at any size. Setup is $900. Qualification is confirmed in conversation. Hourly rates are as published. This does not apply to the Viro subscription.
These rates do not combine; a firm takes the single best applicable rate.

Travel is included within about 90 minutes of Freehold / Monmouth County (Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, and parts of New York City and Philadelphia). Beyond that: actual travel and lodging, plus $500 for a travel day if overnight.
Base price covers up to eight people. Additional attendees are quoted per additional attendee.
