I am a New Jersey lawyer. I come on-site, configure a sandbox to the firm’s matters, train the people who will use it, and leave written guardrails for competence and confidentiality.
This is attorney-led work, not a generic workshop: privilege, RPC 1.1 competence, ABA Formal Opinion 512, and the personal-injury workflow. It is not a software subscription. The firm leaves with a working sandbox, people trained on its files, and a policy starter it can actually use.
Consulting is not the Viro subscription. You can buy the day without the platform. You cannot treat the platform as a substitute for the day. The sandbox subscription is on the Viro page.
Judgment stays with the lawyer. I do not claim that bots replace attorney review, or that this work will prevent malpractice.

Rates
Solo practices, nonprofits, founding firms, and diverse hiring
Solo practices (one attorney) receive 50% off day rates. Launch is $3,250. Staff and paralegals do not disqualify a solo. The day-rate discount does not apply to hourly advisory, monthly retainers, the written assessment, or the Viro subscription.
Qualifying nonprofits (501(c)(3) or equivalent) receive 60% off consulting rates as an introductory rate while the practice is starting up, available through at least October 2026. Launch is $2,600; hourly advisory is $140. This does not apply to the Viro subscription.
The first five firms receive 50% off consulting as a founding-client rate. Launch is $3,250. This does not apply to the Viro subscription.
Firms that hire and retain a diverse team (attorneys and staff) receive 10% off consulting, at any size. Launch is $5,850. Qualification is confirmed in conversation. This does not apply to the Viro subscription.
These rates do not combine; a firm takes the single best applicable rate.
Additional trainings priced as a half-day or full-day follow the solo day-rate policy. Nonprofit, founding, and diverse-hiring rates apply to consulting, not to the Viro subscription.

- Tool choice and account architecture (Claude Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, or a firm-approved legal AI).
- Workspace, projects, connectors, retention, and “no training on our data” settings.
- Folder structure by practice area and matter type.
- The first 8–12 firm prompts, saved and tested on the firm’s sample files (redacted).
- A 90-minute hands-on lab for attorneys and a 60-minute lab for staff.
- A one-page AI use policy starter and engagement-letter disclosure language.
- 14 days of email support after the visit.

Travel is included within about 90 minutes of Farmingdale (Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, and parts of New York City and Philadelphia). Beyond that: actual travel and lodging, plus $500 for a travel day if overnight.
Base price covers up to eight people. Additional attendees are quoted per additional attendee.

Website and chatbot risk, a conflict-check first pass, a new-matter summary, and “what we need from you” packets, including advertising-rule and UPL issues. This is also the engagement for custom workflows: automated bots that help prevent missed deadlines, and automatic searches on eCourts and similar systems. Judgment stays with the lawyer.

Red-Team / Hallucination Audit
The two-hour session is for firms that already use ChatGPT. The full audit is a structured review of how the firm is using AI on live work: where output is being trusted too far, where confidential text should not go, and what the room should change.
